Why it keeps happening

If a drain blocks more than once in a year, clearing it again is money down the gurgler. It's usually tree roots, a cracked pipe, or a belly in the line where water sits.

The camera tells us which, and then you can make a decision on real information instead of guessing. I'll show you the footage, not just tell you about it.

A word on the supermarket stuff

Those caustic drain unblockers will sometimes shift a soft blockage in a sink. They won't touch roots, and on older pipes they can do damage. If you've already tried one, tell me when you ring so I know what's down there.
